Currently, we are developing a state-of-the-art recycling facility (Greenfield Plant) in Savli, Vadodara, and going operational in September 2024.

Mr. Manoj Kumar is the Managing Director & founder of the company. Mr Manoj is an entrepreneur with a clear vision who established the company Baroda Green Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Before starting BGSSPL, Mr. Manoj was working with MG Motors, Halol in a very senior position and earning a handsome package, he left the company in 2022 and incorporated Baroda Green Sustainable Solutions Pvt Ltd.

He is an astute EHS and Sustainable professional with more than 30 years of rich experience and a proven track record of building and sustaining EHS culture across industries by designing long-term organizational EHS & Sustainability goals and strategic implementation. His objective has always been to see the industries and communities grow with a better and safer environment & have the best carbon footprint management across their system. His core strengths are technological vision, strategic planning & decision-making that have always helped industries with the result-oriented implementation of IMS (Quality, Environment, OH&’S, Carbon Footprints Management System) in line with the business continuity plan.

He is a certified EHS & Sustainability Master in Green Manufacturing Implementation aiming for NET ZERO and CARBON NEUTRAL objectives. His venture BGSSPL will now guide the nation for in-depth technology collaboration in the recycling of e-waste & vehicle scrapping Industry.

Ms. Sonal Shrivastava   (Director)

A young entrepreneur mind with a passion to contribute to the society back in terms of the better environment by keeping robust waste management system in place. Sonal is an Electrical Engineer by qualification. She has been a qualified safety professional having 3 years of experience across the world’s renowned multinational companies. Priyanka Shrivastava (Director)

Ms. Priyanka Shrivastava is also a director at Baroda Green Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd. A young and dynamic entrepreneur with a passion for contributing to the business back in terms of creating and developing good Corporate Governance with deep-rooted ESG & Sustainability practices. By qualification, she has a Master’s in Fashion Management from NIFT, Bangalore, and a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from SRM, Chennai. She has work experience in corporate with MNCs like Schneider Electric & Aditya Birla Fashion Retail Ltd in the field of Global Supply Chain, Marketing – strategy & planning. Priyanka is proficient in Advanced analytics tools and her problem-solving skills enable us to develop strategic insights. She possesses a strong strategic mindset and excels in, combining data-driven decisions with creative thinking to contribute to the growth and success of BGSS.
